Xanh now opens buffet style lunch on Monday to Friday from 11:30 AM to 2:00 PM.
Some sample dishes offered:
- ESKIMO ROLL - Basa fish, rice noodles, green apples, fresh lettuce, cilantro, mint, cucumbers, and crispy shallots served with peanut sauce or nuoc cham vinaigrette.
- KOBE ROLL - Marinated beef, rice noodles, fresh lettuce, cilantro, carrots, cucumbers, and roasted peanut served with nuoc cham vinaigrette.
- BUDDAH ROLL (VEGETARIAN) - Tofu, shitake mushrooms, fresh lettuce, cilantro, carrots, cucumbers, and roasted peanuts served with nuoc cham vinaigrette.
- CRISPY VEGETARIAN EGGROLL - Tofu, cabbage, onions, garlic.
- PAPAYA SALAD - Poached shrimp, green papaya, carrots, cilantro, cu cai trang, sliced mangos, cilantro, mint, caramelized shallots served with roasted peanuts and nuoc cham vinaigrette.
- VEGETARIAN APPLE SALAD - Tofu, green papaya, carrot, cilantro, cu cai trang, slice mangos, mint, caramelized shallots served with roasted peanuts and soy vinaigrette.
- SPICY CURRY CHICKEN - Chicken in spicy curry sauce with potatoes, red and green bell peppers and onions.
- SPICY CURRY FISH - Chicken in spicy curry sauce with potatoes, snow peas, carrots, and onions.
- LEMON GRASS CHICKEN - Sliced chicken breast with lemongrass in a claypot.
- CATFISH IN A CLAYPOT - Caramelized catfish filet, cilantro, ginger, bell peppers, and thai chilies.
